We respect your privacy and created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to explain how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information relating to visitors and members who interact with our Site and any related offerings, content, communities, tools, events, or membership services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy is incorporated into (and should be read together with) our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meaning given in the Terms of Use.
Important note about our services
FintechNPA is an education and membership organization. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, tax adviser, or law firm. Any information you receive through the Site or Services is for general educational purposes and should not be construed as personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
1) If You Are a Non-U.S. User
